Nancy Cover Art shipping & delivery basics
All paintings will have a delivery cost according to location, size and weight of your art piece. Once you have chosen and secured your artwork, we can either arrange delivery for you or you are more than welcome to collect yourself. I sometimes can personally deliver to Melbourne Metro locations, otherwise we use a local courier or Pack and Send for interstate deliveries. All international deliveries to be confirmed upon consignment. A delivery address from you via email to kick start our delivery process will be required.
We will work on obtaining you the most cost effective delivery price and will notify you of this within 72 hours.
When the delivery quote is accepted and paid, we will move to the next step and organise timely dispatch of your purchase.
How long until I receive my paintings?
I understands you would like your artwork as soon as possible. Local deliveries are often arranged within a few days, with Interstate and OS locations subject to delivery time frame restrictions. We will supply you with tracking details and keep you fully informed. If you have a specific requirement regarding the final date of delivery, be sure to let me know and I will work as hard as possible to achieve this for you!
Does Nancy Cover Art deliver to International destinations?
Yes! I regularly send artworks overseas, send me your address for a quote. All international taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All purchases are non-refundable. Every piece must be opened within 24 hours of receipt. In the case that there is any damage to the piece upon receiving it, I must be notified within that 24 hour period by email, and pictures of the damage must be attached.
Nancy Cover Art can not take responsibility for damage noted after this period.
